This work was created between October 2018 - January 2019 as preliminary research for a project on affordable housing in Twerton, Bath. Images were made at the following;

The Reptile & Exotic Rescue Charity

The Bath FC vs Torquay United match at Twerton Park

A nightwalk through Twerton

A protest outside the Guildhall agains the closure of Bath Studio School + the treatment of Sirona care workers.

This project wasn't fulfilled as shooting the protest outside the Guildhall changed the course of my photography work, however creating these images gave me the opportunity to connect with my community as well as gain a better understand of the direction I wanted to take as a photographer, which I feel makes them both valuable and deeply personal.
